Best Value Performance Indicators
In Performance Reports we look back over our year's performance and assess our progress against key performance targets. The Council's priorities, aims and targets for the forthcoming year is set out in its Corporate Business Plan.
The Annual Reports look at our progress against those targets and set out the Council's aims for further improvement in coming years.
Many of the Council's key activities have nationally set Performance Indicators - measures against which we see how well we are performing. The national Performance Indicators are calculated on the same basis as other local authorities so that overall comparisons can be made - these comparisons are detailed in this Annual Report.
