Training for voluntary organisations
One of the practical ways in which WCC supports the voluntary and community sector is to open up the training that is available for its staff to voluntary and community sector organisations. The training is only available should places not be filled by WCC staff and a small charge to cover costs is applied, typically £45 for half day course and £60 for a full day course.
Details of the training provided by WCC can be found below. This information is also shared with our colleagues at Winchester Area Community Action (WACA), the local council of voluntary service, who in turn disseminate the information to affiliated voluntary and community organisations across the Winchester District. WACA also provides training courses of their own which you can access using the link below.

- Course title
- Name of person wishing to do the course
- Job title of person wishing to do the course (e.g. Chairman, committee member)·
- Name of organsation
- Address of organisation or person the invoice should be sent to
