Your Neighbourhood Wardens

The Neighbourhood Warden Service was established in 2005 to deter anti-social behaviour, reduce the fear of crime and create a better environment for everyone. Today, the wardens deal with a much broader range of issues in Stanmore, Weeke, Highcliffe, Winnall and the City Centre including litter, flytipping, untaxed vehicles, noise complaints and youth nuisance. The wardens also deal with graffiti, discarded drug paraphernalia and abandoned vehicles district wide.

At present there are 5 Neighbourhood Wardens working across the City. They are:

Clive Elliston, Neighbourhood Warden Supervisor.

Trevor Lynas - Stanmore.

Lesley Bridger - Weeke and Winchester City.

Rebecca Hallett - Highcliffe and Winnall.

Hannah King (Maternity leave).
