Neighbourhood Wardens had a lucky break whilst patrolling in Weeke recently. They discovered five youths busy defacing council-owned garages in Westman Road with graffiti.

Stanmore Gets a Spring Clean

Residents of Stanmore have teamed up with local organisations to give the area a 'spring clean'. Officers from Winchester City Council, the Police, Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, A2 Dominion Housing, and SERCO all lent a helping hand during the week-long operation.

Jingle bells – a festive reminder to keep valuables safe

As part of a crime prevention initiative throughout December, Winchester City Council Neighbourhood Wardens will be giving away little gold bells, festively named 'Jingle Bells', for people to attach to their purses and handbags.
