Junior Wardens
Junior Warden Scheme
As a Junior Neighbourhood Warden, young people take part in a number of community based activities alongside the Neighbourhood Wardens. Please find below our latest programme of activities for more information.
The majority of our activities take place after school on a fortnightly basis at the Winnall Community Centre or out and about on the estate. Some activities and events also take place during the school holidays and at other locations such as the Police or Fire Station.
The Junior Warden Scheme is funded by a number of partner agencies and therefore the majority of our activities are free to all registered participants. As a member of the Junior Warden Scheme young people earn points for the sessions that they attend which can be exchanged for rewards such as a trip out.
