Littleton Village Design Statement (Adopted)

The Council has carefully considered the responses made during the consultation period and has now adopted this document as a Supplementary Planning Document to the Winchester District Local Plan Review (WDLPR 2006) following it's consideration at the Cabinet meeting on 12 March 2010. The document includes a sustainability appraisal and statement of public consultation.

On this page you can download a copy of the Adopted Littleton Village Design Statement. The adopted document provides design guidance for development in Littleton and will supplement the Winchester District Local Plan Review (WDLPR 2006). This version of the document replaces the previous Littleton Village Design Statement from 2001.

The document can also be viewed at the Planning Reception in Winchester City Council Planning Reception at City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ. Please note that the reception is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Copies may also be purchased at a price of £5.00 (plus £2 postage and packaging.).
