The recent skills conference held at Wessex Conference Centre, Sparsholt, featured a number of speakers covering the subject of skills for the future workforce, business's needs, and linking businesses and education and training providers together. Train to Gain provides skills brokers to establish with you the training needs in your business, and find the courses to meet those needs. They can also help you access funding for some training.
Learn online. E-learning is a dynamic and flexible way to gain new knowledge and expertise. Both eHampshire and Wired Wessex offer online training.
Business Link Wessex can provide solutions to all your employee development needs from basic literacy skills to apprenticeships to work based qualifications.

Southern Entrepreneurs offer free training courses in business skills.
