Smoking Shelters


From the 1st July it will be illegal to smoke in public places that are enclosed or substantially enclosed.

Some businesses are providing shelters for smokers. Before you do this you should consider the following.

Does the shelter comply with the legislation.

Do I need planning permission.

Does it comply with Building Regulations.
