Smokefree - Accommodation
As of the 1st July all places that you can stay at i.e. hotels and B&Bs will be affected by the legislation and as a rule no smoking will be allowed however the the smokefree legislation allows hotels and B&Bs to designate bedrooms where smoking is allowed for guests who are staying there, but all other parts of the hotel must be smokefree. However, with 75% of the population being non-smokers, the demand for smokefree rooms will be high.
