Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications)

The new Fees Regulations were agreed in both Houses of Parliament on 1st April, 2008 and will come into force on 6 April 2008. They are a further amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) Regulations 1989.
