Planning Applications Online
The ability to view documents on line is not part of the statutory process for consultation or notification of planning applications. We make every effort to provide an up to date service, but the consideration of applications is not dependent upon access to information being available via the internet.

Associated documents submitted with an application will normally be available within 10 working days of validation and decision notices within 2 days of being issued. Documents such as letters of representation which are received later will usually be available to view on line within 5 working days of receipt.
Documents are edited to remove signatures, personal phone numbers and personal email addresses.
If you have any queries relating to a planning application, please contact the Planning Administration Team on 01962 848 177 or e-mail planning@winchester.gov.uk .

No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from 'Planning Applications Online'. Similarly the information contained within Planning Applications Online does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision and any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
