Planning Applications - 2009 Archive

A weekly list of Planning Applications is updated here each Thursday. The lists are stored in PDF format.

The lists go back to the beginning of January 2009. The lists for 2006, 2007 and 2008 are also available on this website, from a link to the left.

Alternatively you can use the Online Planning Application System - Public Access. This is an online service that allows you to view details of planning applications being considered by the Council as well as some planning history.

You can monitor the progress of an application, submit comments about the application, search a constantly updated list of applications received and decided each week, view details of some historic applications, and view property details by reference to a map.

By clicking on the "Associated Documents" tab within Public Access, you can view current planning application documents online. These include plans, application forms, letters and decision documents.

NOTE: Due to the recent adverse weather conditions, and unforeseen staff absence, it has not been possible to publish the weekly lists for w/c 28th December 2009. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please use the Online Planning Application Service - Public Access (see link above) if you wish to view any planning applications that have been received in this week.
