Local Development Scheme

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the Council's programme for the production of documents that will form part of Winchester District's Local Development Framework (LDF).

New Local Development Scheme December 2009

Following agreement by the Council's Cabinet on 12 November 2009 a revised Local Development Scheme (LDS) was submitted to Government Office for the South East (GOSE) on 13 November 2009 for consideration and approval. GOSE agreed to the changes in the revised Local Development Scheme on 15 December 2009.

The Council's Cabinet Committee on 3 February officially agreed to 'bring into effect'
