Permits for Businesses/Organisations

Business Customer Permits are available for businesses situated within a permit parking zone to lend to their customers while visiting the premises. Business All Zone Permits are available for any business for use by any person employed by the business for 2 hour parking in any parking zone within the permit scheme while carrying out their business functions. These permits are useful for businesses who visit properties within the Winchester Permit zones as part of their duties, such as an estate agent carrying out house viewings or window cleaner etc. Please see the Business Permit page for further information and an application.

Guest House Permits are available to apply for by any guest house (defined as "establishments which offer bed and breakfast facilities and have no more than six rooms available for hire to guests") for their guests to park within the permit parking zone of the Guest House. Amenity Permits may be applied for by an Amenity Group or organisation and may be used for parking by persons while attending the premises using the service provided by the Amenity Group. If you are an Amenity Group or similar organisation (defined as "an amenity or other organisation which provides a service to the community and conducts regular daytime activities primarily intended for adults"), further information and an application can be found on the Amenity Permit page.

Zone F and Zone V Business Staff Permits are available for businesses situated within either zone F or zone V for any person employed by the business while attending work to park within the permit parking zone.
