Business Awards

The Queen's Award for Enterprise 2011 is now open for applications - closing date is 31 October 2010. The Queen's Awards for enterprise are the UK's most prestigious Awards for business performance. They recognise and reward outstanding achievement by UK companies. There are three categories: International Trade, Innovation and Sustainable Development.

Congratulations to all winners of the Winchester Business Excellence Awards. Special 'well done' messages to Marwell Wildlife who won the Winchester City Council award for Green Innovation, and more recently have won the Hampshire Sustainable Business Partnership Sustainable Business award, and to Chris Turner who won the pretigious Millennium Egg.

Congratulations to Winchester winners of the National Great Taste awards. The include Little Rose Bakery in Bishops Waltham, Judes in Twyford and Hill Farm Products in Swanmore.

The Hampshire Hospitality Awards celebrate the best places to eat across Winchester district.
