BT Phone Box Consultation
British Telecom carried out a formal consultation process relating to the proposed removal of 43 public payphones within the Winchester District.
The City Council, as the local planning authority, acted as the co-ordinator of that consultation process. All responses were collated and submited to BT before the end of their formal consultation period.

The locations of the phone boxes in question are as follows:
GU32: 1
PO17: 2
SO21: 10
SO22: 4
SO23: 5
SO24: 10
SO32: 9
The documents available below include the Council's initial proposals called the First Notification, and the accompanying letter, submitted on Friday 25th July.
Also available is the Final Notification and letter detailing the Council's final proposals for phone box removals which was submitted recently.
