Home Energy Grant
Warm Front is a government-funded scheme which provides grants to make your home warmer, heathier and more energy-efficient.
Warm Front Grants up to £3,500
What does the Warm Front Grant provide?
- Properties that require gas or electrical central heating, grants are available up to £3,500
- Properties that are in rural areas and require oil fired central heating, grants are available up to £6,000
- Loft and cavity wall insulation
- Draughtproofing
- Hot-water-tank insulation
- Glass-fronted fires
Who qualifies for the grants?
- Residents who own their own home
- Residents who rent from private landlords
How do you qualify?
- If you are over 60 and in receipt of income related benefits
- If you have a child under 16
- If you are pregnant, and in receipt of qualifying benefits
- If you are in receipt of any income or disability related benefits
Warm Front £300 heating rebate
Who qualifies?
- If you are over 60 and you own or privately rent your home.
- Your heating system is inoperable or you have no heating system
- You are not in receipt of any qualifying benefits that would allow you to a Warm Front Grant up to £3,500
