Capital Grants
This scheme has now closed.
If you have applied for funding in 2010 your application will be considered at the Cabinet meeting due to be held on 3rd February, 2010, and all applicants will receive written notification of the decision on their application shortly after this date.
Payment of the grant will only be made:
(i) once an authorised representative of the Organisation has signed a copy of the Funding Agreement.
(ii) on receipt of invoices for works. Only the appropriate proportion payable by the Council will be issued at any one time.
(iii) Final payment of the Grant Award will only be made following a satisfactory inspection of building works by the Council's Head of Building Control (such inspection to be requested by the Council's Community Wellbeing Manager on receipt of a final invoice). All necessary planning and building regulation consents must be secured prior to commencement of building works.
Grants are awarded once a year only.
